Healthy eating is very important at college. That's why our recipes for students should be simple, quick to prepare and nutritious so students have the energy they need to concentrate every day.
Eggs, rice, pasta, fish and potatoes are some of the easy-to-prepare recipes, and some of them offer cooking options so you don't have to waste time at the stove. The recipes in this article are for those who want to make something tasty, convenient and inexpensive for their own day or for hosting guests.

3. Fish and Rice:
This recipe may seem like one of the most complicated recipes for students, but don't believe it. It is a simple healthy college meals recipe that can be served together with family and fish-loving friends. It is designed for four people.
Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
5 or 6 cups of water
2-3 large pieces of fish, cut into portions (if you bought it frozen, thaw it, of course).
1 finely chopped onion
Handful of chopped parsley
1 cup tomato puree
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Method:
Add olive oil to the pan and fry the chopped onion.
Add most of the parsley and tomato paste. Stir well and add the large pieces of fish; after 5 minutes, add water to make the rice.
