I was more than fascinated when I was accommodated fast by customer service. The lady/representative answered my request immediately. My hired technician was very kind and I could sense that she's willing to help me with my washer that doesn't start. A few hours later, my appliance was fixed well and was running well again. I was planning to buy a new one when I caught that my dryer was not spinning anymore. As I tried to call this company, they sent out a technician within a day. He's an expert in fixing up my dryer. I'm happy that this company was able to handle the problem that I had with my cooktop that was not igniting. It was returned to its regular function, and the technician even addressed it just a short amount of time. The service they provided was top-notch, and I could not ask for more about it.
