Navigate to your business listing page within the TRUEen platform.

Initiate Claim Process

Select the desired listing and click the "Claim" button on your My Business Listing dashboard.

Alternatively, begin the claim process directly from your listing details page by selecting the Unclaimed status indicator.

Complete Verification Form

Provide all required business information in the claim verification form and submit for processing.

Email Verification Requirements

The email address used for claim submission must correspond to your business domain.

Claims submitted from generic email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) are not accepted through the automated system.

Exception Processing: If your business website publicly displays a generic email address (e.g., abccompany@gmail.com), please submit your claim details directly to our support team for manual verification.

Scenario 2 Third-Party Created Listing

Create TRUEen Account

Register for a TRUEen account using your official business email address (e.g., info@yourwebsite.com).

Access Listing Details

Locate your business listing through the Business Directory or via direct listing URL if available.

Initiate Claim Process

Select the Unclaimed status indicator on the listing details page.

Submit Verification Details

Await Verification

Our verification team will review your submission and approve upon confirmation of domain email alignment.

Scenario 3 Generic Email Registration

For listings created with generic email addresses where you are the legitimate business owner:

  • Contact our support team from your official business domain email
  • Formally request listing ownership transfer
  • Our verification team will process your manual claim request

Post-Approval Access

Upon successful verification, you will gain full administrative privileges to edit, update, and manage your business listing.
