My journey into the mental health field began when I was just 15 years old. Like many of my clients, I spent years exploring different paths to healing. While traditional therapy provided a foundation, it wasnt until I discovered holistic modalities and the profound power of hypnotherapy that the "shift" finally happened.
Hypnotherapy didnt just change my habits; it changed my life. It helped me cultivate a deep sense of self-love and an inner strength I didnt know I possessed. Having experienced that transformative "aha!" moment myself, I dedicated my career to helping you find yours.

My professional path includes:
    The Agora Crisis Center: Providing support during lifes most vulnerable moments.
    Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Serving as a group facilitator to help individuals navigate complex emotional landscapes.
    Support for People with Intellectual Disabilities: Developing a specialized understanding of the unique ways different brains process information and emotions.
