Citrus Heights Site Services was built on a simple, frustrating observation: too many customers in Citrus Heights and across the Greater Sacramento Region were getting stood up by portable toilet companies. Deliveries showed up hours late or not at all. Units sat unserviced for weeks. Phone calls went to voicemail during a job site emergency.
