Thomas Johns was previously the owner/executive chef of Pello Restaurant, which had been awarded Two Chefs Hats for two consecutive years and also received an award for Best European Restaurant. dining abode is a bespoke, private dining and premium catering service, that brings a unique restaurant quality experience to every event- be it an intimate dinner, cocktail party, corporate event, boardroom lunch or wedding. dining abode has been featured in Harpers Bazaar, Good Food, House & Garden, Financial Review, Virgin Blue and SITCHU Top 10 Sydney Caterers.
