We handle the day-to-day back office and customer service work behind an agent's book of business: customer relations, invoice resolution, freight billing support, OS&D and claims assistance, shipment monitoring, and daily operational support. Our clients hire us so they can focus on growing revenue and serving their customers while we run the operations behind them. We work month to month with no long-term contracts and no setup fees, and we price as a small percentage of the revenue we touch, so we only win when our agents win.
