Our technician was prompt, very thorough, and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job diagnosing and repairing our dryer that was not tumbling. He's not only knowledgeable but he's very professional and took great pride in his work. Everything that he checked was fixed excellently within an hour. The quality of his work was great.
