I called them last Sunday for my cooktop that was not igniting, and they were able to set me up an appointment the same day. The technician arrived one later after calling them, and he immediately diagnosed the problem I had with my appliance, which only took him an hour to fix. Their repair charge was quite reasonable too. I will surely recommend this company to everyone I know!
