I was astounded when the assigned technician arrived early and immediately started the repair of my wine cooler that was not cooling. I saw how passionate and determined he was for finding the best solution to the issue. I was so happy and pleased with the service that he provided to me. Fantastic job! When I called the company about my washer that was not filling up, they submitted my request and set an appointment immediately. The technician came on time, was comfortable to work with, and had a good sense of humor. He is a very industrious and active technician who completely restored my appliance.
