An enduro bike is a full-suspension mountain bike built for all-mountain riding and enduro racing, striking the perfect balance between efficient climbing and aggressive descending capability. Typically equipped with 160–180 mm of front and rear travel (most commonly around 170 mm), these bikes feature slack geometry—head angles between 63–65°, long reach, and low bottom brackets—for maximum stability at high speeds and on steep, technical terrain. Modern enduro bikes usually roll on 29-inch wheels for superior roll-over ability, though many now come in “mullet†(29" front, 27.5" rear) setups for a more playful feel.
