The technician was friendly and he did some basic troubleshooting to fix my refrigerator touchpad that was not working. He knew the proper way to fix the problem, just like where to start the repair and what parts needed to be fixed. He even fixed other minor issues at no cost. The problem was fixed within an hour only. I super liked the quality. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.
