They responded promptly and were able to schedule service when I was available, and the technician even called 30 mins before his arrival. He immediately diagnosed my refrigerator touchpad that was not working and had it fixed in just an hour. He is also incredibly attentive and informative throughout the whole repair of my appliance, which I appreciated. A highly recommendable service!
