The assigned technician came the same day, identified the problem, and fixed it fast. As he started fixing up my cooktop that was not igniting, I could see how amazing and smart he was. He knew exactly the right solutions and what part should be fixed. I was then amazed by the result of the repair for it has a very satisfying quality.
