At the Floor Store & Design Center, we are strong believers in local community support. As a local family owned and operated business, we are a name you can trust for affordable flooring solutions that serves the Encinitas, Point Loma, Sorrento Valley and surrounding San Diego communities. As a resident of Encinitas, owner Mike Perrino ensures that we are active in collaborating with a handful of local businesses and charity organizations such as St Jude Childrens Hospital. Mike has been in flooring for over 20 years and holds a C-15 contractors license, specializing in flooring and floor coverings. Mike and his wife Rebecca co-own our original location in Encinitas, serving north county San Diego. After more than 10 years on Encinitas Blvd, we expanded and moved our flagship showroom around the corner onto El Camino Real in Encinitas. Mike and his longtime friend Carrie Carmichael went into partnership together in 2016 to open our second location on Rosecrans Street in Point Loma, serving southern San Diego county. Carrie is a Navy Veteran and resides in Point Loma herself. Our Sorrento Valley location is located northwest Sorrento Valley near Carmel Valley.
