In December 2020, Jon founded ALEVO Financial & Insurance Agency, where he serves as Founder & CEO. Under his visionary leadership, ALEVO has seen remarkable growth, doubling in size and volume each year. Jon's journey is marked not only by his business success but also by his achievements as a blackbelt karate instructor, having taught high school and college students before transitioning to financial services.
