Ketamine Wellness NY is a physician-supervised IV ketamine therapy clinic serving the New York metro area and Long Island. The clinic is led by Dr. Pervaiz Qureshi, MD Board-Certified in Internal Medicine with over 30 years of clinical practice in New York, licensed since 1994.

We specialize in IV ketamine infusion therapy for adults with treatment-resistant conditions patients who have typically not responded to two or more prior medications or therapies. Conditions treated include treatment-resistant depression, anxiety and panic disorders, PTSD, trauma, OCD, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and alcohol use disorder. IV ketamine is used off-label for these psychiatric and chronic pain conditions.

Unlike nasal spray (Spravato) or IM injections, IV ketamine allows the physician to adjust or stop the infusion in real time based on patient response. All infusions are medically supervised by Dr. Qureshi at our clinic.
