The office staff was very friendly and could understand my crazy schedule. They sent out a technician the same day since I am a busy person. I was right in choosing him. He did fix my refrigerator door that was not closing well perfectly within an hour. All the issues were fixed excellently. I loved the quality. He then gave me a piece of advice and tips to keep the life and condition of our appliance. Commendable service!
