The representative on the phone took my oven and personal information, then said she would contact the technician, and then get back to me. She called me back within 3 minutes and the technician arrived. It was an experienced technician who did a perfect job repairing my oven that was not heating. The quality of the repair was great. It was also at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!
