LE SCRIBE AUDIO is a French software company (Rennes / Le Rheu, France) providing an AI-powered audio and video transcription platform for public institutions, works councils (CSE/CSSCT), researchers, legal professionals, and journalists.

Our 2-pass AI transcription engine and synced interactive audio player cut full review and formatting time in half (2 to 3 hours of full human listening and editing per hour of audio instead of 4 to 7 hours of manual typing from scratch). Users can globally rename or code speaker labels (diarization) before exporting standard, 100% editable Word (.docx), PDF, TXT, SRT, and VTT files, and generate an on-demand executive summary followed by a chrono-thematic breakdown.

Files are stored encrypted in France on OVHcloud (AES-256) with 1-click deletion, AI inference runs via Google Cloud Vertex AI (Europe region, Zero Data Retention), and an optional human proofreading service by two successive transcribers is available at 60 EUR excl. VAT per audio hour.
