At LumaWell Care Group, our mission is to empower individuals living with disability or psychosocial challenges to lead lives of dignity, independence, and connection. As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver professional, person-centered support grounded in lived experience, clinical collaboration, and positive community inclusion. We are committed to clarity, accessibility, and transparency in every service we offer from Coordination of Support and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to Community Participation and Group-Based programs. Through respectful partnerships, evidence-informed practices, and a deep understanding of each participants unique goals, Lumawell Care Group exists to enrich lives and create lasting impact for the individuals we support.

Our work is guided by integrity, respect, and genuine collaboration -- ensuring every referral and participant connection is handled ethically, transparently, and with full respect for participant choice and control.

Our Approach to Referrals

We build our network through authentic, long-term relationships based on trust and shared values. Many of our new referrals come from: 

• Our partnerships with Coordinator of Supports, Allied Health providers, and other NDIS organisations that share our person-centred approach.
• Our strong reputation for quality service and meaningful participant outcomes.

Participants often reach out because they trust the people theyve worked with before team members whove supported them with care and respect over the years. With over 45 years of combined industry experience, our leadership team ensures every transition is handled professionally, transparently, and in line with NDIS standards always led by participant choice and informed consent.

We believe in collaboration, not competition. LumaWell values open communication with other providers and a shared focus on participant wellbeing. When transitions happen, we make sure theyre smooth, dignified, and in the best interest of the participant because continuity of care matters.
