Pantelleria Construction Services & Property Management is a family-owned custom home builder and remodeling contractor based in Benton Harbor, Michigan, serving homeowners and land buyers throughout Berrien County and the Southwest Michigan lakeshore. Founded in 2014 by Michael Pantelleria, the company is a licensed Michigan Residential Builder (License #2101206655) and is fully insured.
Michael has spent his life in the Southwest Michigan building industry. He began working in his father's custom cabinet shop at the age of twelve and has been in construction ever since, building a reputation over 20+ years for quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and projects built to last.
Custom home construction. Pantelleria takes new builds from site prep and foundation through framing, roofing, mechanicals, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry and finish work every trade coordinated under a single point of contact. A custom home typically runs 10 to 14 months from groundbreaking to move-in. The company handles permitting with Berrien County and local municipalities so clients don't have to.
Remodeling and additions. Kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations, home additions, basement finishes, decks, flooring, drywall and painting. Bathroom remodels generally take 4 to 8 weeks; kitchen remodels 8 to 14 weeks once demolition begins. Job sites are kept clean and staged so families can live in the home while work is underway.
In-house design. The design team handles new homes, remodels and additions under 3,500 square feet. Clients who already have an architect or designer are welcome to bring them, and the company can recommend one if needed.
Property management and maintenance. Ongoing maintenance and seasonal upkeep for past clients and property owners across the service area.
The process. Four phases design, planning, building, follow-up with a no-obligation consultation up front and a detailed estimate before any commitment. Clients work directly with the owner rather than a rotating project manager.
