My Property Care is a full-service property maintenance company based in Thornhill, Ontario, serving homeowners, landlords and property managers across Toronto and the wider GTA.
We cover nine property maintenance services: window cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, pressure washing, garbage bin cleaning, driveway paving and interlock, lawn care and landscaping, air duct cleaning, snow removal, and disinfection and sanitization. All nine services are available through one team, coordinated under a single point of contact so clients are not managing separate contractors for every seasonal need.
Our service area covers 13 GTA communities: Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Thornhill, Etobicoke, Vaughan, Woodbridge, Concord, Richmond Hill, North York, Scarborough, Brampton and Oakville.
We work with homeowners who want consistent, professional maintenance across every season. We also work with landlords who need reliable property upkeep without requiring their presence at each visit, short-term rental operators who need fast turnaround between guests, and property managers overseeing multiple addresses.
Every quote covers the full scope of work before anyone arrives. We operate on confirmed schedules, provide service notification when each job is complete, and carry full liability insurance and WSIB coverage on all work performed.
Spring services include window cleaning after winter salt buildup, pressure washing of driveways and walkways, and lawn recovery from compaction and road salt damage. Summer services include lawn maintenance, bin cleaning and exterior upkeep. Fall services include lawn aeration, leaf cleanup, duct cleaning before heating season and pre-winter property preparation. Winter services include snow removal and de-icing on seasonal contracts and per-visit arrangements.
