My Relationships provides psychological counselling focused on helping individuals, couples, and families work through these challenges with structured guidance and professional care. Founded as a company in 2025 and built on a clinical practice that began in 2021, the service is led by founder and director, counselling psychologist Dilek Yucel, who brings over three decades of work with couples, families, children, and adults. Sessions focus on understanding patterns in communication, emotional responses, and behaviour so clients can build healthier ways of relating. Dilek offers a warm, clientcentred approach, meeting each person with genuine respect for their lived experience and the pace that feels right for them. She works collaboratively, supporting clients to clarify, shape, and gently build the kind of life they hope to create, in a way that feels grounded, compassionate, and empowering. 

Our services include individual therapy, couples counselling, family therapy, trauma and PTSD counselling, and guidance for anxiety and depression. Sessions may be held in person across Melbournes south eastern suburbs or through secure online appointments available across Australia and internationally. Therapy methods draw from established psychological approaches, including CBT, EMDR, ACT, family therapy, and the Gottman Method. Clients may also interact with Bali, a certified therapy dog who can help create a calming environment during sessions. Our practice focuses on thoughtful assessment and practical strategies that help people move toward stronger relationships and improved emotional well-being.
