When I called this company, I felt comfortable talking to the customer service agent because she's kind to deal with customers. The service technician came and started to fix my oven that was overheating promptly. Due to his expertise, he was able to finish his work on the same day. I checked it and tried to turn it on and it was working perfectly again. The cost also was very fair. Five-star service!
