The service technician was helpful and completely explained everything! I had a problem with my dryer that was not heating. I spoke to one of their customer representatives clearly to set an appointment for my appliance problem, and I am happy when the technician was able to fix my appliance. Also, their repair charge was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend their service to everyone I know!
