Over thirty years ago Scott began as an hourly carpenter building custom homes in California. In 1989 his ambition and experience led him to form his own company which he named Scotco Construction. Shortly after, Scott decided to expand his business and in 1992 began to include remodel and insurance work. This decision led him to the Tri-Cities where he continued the growth of Scotco Construction.

It became evident to Scott that the benefit of pursuing insurance work, almost exclusively, would give him the ability to offer year round employment and surround himself with quality management and staff. In 1997 Scott decided to accomplish this goal by incorporating Scotco Construction to form North West Restoration.

North West Restoration offers the Tri-Cities of Washington 24 hour emergency services and free estimates for all your construction and contracting needs including new construction, residential and commercial.
