Our office will handle all communications with your creditors while you're in our program. 3 PAYMENT PLANS You'll make a single affordable monthly payment into our trust account that adheres your family’s financial situation. 4 RESOLUTION Once you have made all payments and provided all required documentation our firm will seek resolution either through a final settlement of your outstanding debts or bankruptcy discharge.
