I'm David Reveles, founder of Origins Unity LLC and a certified corporate wellness professional, breathwork instructor, meditation and yoga teacher, and lifelong martial artist - a black belt jiu jits. My path to wellness wasn't just academic; it grew out of my own personal experiences with mental health, life pressures, breaking my spine and living in chronic pain, corporate burnout with the best of ambitions and intentions. Over the past decade-plus, I've taught mindfulness and meditation professionally, developed multi-lingual wellness programs, led corporate wellness initiatives all in pursuit of one mission: helping people feel genuinely well in a way that lasts using the whole-person approach.
