Paolo Gnocchi

Attorney Paolo Gnocchi is a dedicated Maryland criminal defense attorney with more than twenty years experience practicing before Maryland courts across the state.

Attorney Gnocchi began his legal career at a respected Rockville law firm but soon left that position to become an Assistant State's Attorney in Baltimore City.  As an ASA, Mr. Gnocchi prosecuted a wide range of serious cases before Baltimore's busy courts. In 2004, he left the State's Attorney's Office to join a boutique firm focusing on criminal defense. In 2009, Mr. Gnocchi decided to open the Law Office of Paolo Gnocchi, LLC as a solo-practitioner representing clients in Maryland and the District of Columbia in both local and federal courts, and he worked there until joining Scrofano Law PC in 2023.

Attorney Gnocchi is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian with a long history of fighting to protect the rights of his clients.
