Accounting or Finance usually accounting. If Payroll Services is an option, that's exactly what it is. I process payroll for small to medium size businesses in the U.S.I operate remote, I don't charge my rates like the other guys. I offer a flat rate that is normally $20 per employee but it includes EVERYTHING. No set-up fees as it's included. I process all frequency payroll so weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll. Introductory offer is NOT yet on my website and I will get it there hopefully soon. The Introductory rate is 50% off 1st month, and I have an awesome referral program that doesn't just award a free month or discounted services but it's different each time and randomly picked so it could be a Visa gift card, dinner for two out somewhere, movie tickets, etc. It's full-service payroll so in addition to payroll processing and cutting payroll checks, I also file all required forms and payroll returns that our quarterly and annually submitted, I take care of all Workmen’s Compensation insurance audits, and EDD benefit audits on employees, I respond to IRS notices or state agency notices, and I operate outside of a 9 to 5 window and my hours are 8 AM to 10 PM seven days a week including holidays. I also process and file 1099s and W-2s for everyone but 1099s is not included in the cost of anything and is a separate charge which is $25 for the first one and $10 for everyone after, I Perla full Payroll reports with every Payroll run and I provide payroll tax management due to the fact that I pay all payroll taxes on behalf of each client.
