The technician was great, very knowledgeable, and explained how everything worked. I was starstruck as he started to fix my dryer that was not tumbling. Everything was so simple for him to handle. It was fixed well in less than 2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. The quality of the repair was exemplary. Every time I have an appliance issue, I will call them again.
