Reflex physical therapy has been established to provide individualized rehabilitation services aimed at improving movement, relieving pain, and enhancing quality of life. Our Mission is to provide you with the highest level of personalized physical therapy care through a Patient Centred Approach. We focus on your needs and want to support you in the recovery process when you are recovering from an injury, have chronic pain, had surgery, or have mobility issues. Each persons treatment plan is specifically designed to meet their unique needs through the use of manual therapy, an exercise program that is provided in an evidence based manner and to encourage you to achieve long term wellness. Dr. Chaitali Patel is dedicated to providing compassionate care to all of her patients while at the same time working with them to recover strength, flexibility and the confidence to do the things they want with their lives again.
