Shannon’s work is guided by the belief that the body and mind naturally want to return to harmony. However, modern life often leaves us in a constant state of “fight or flight,” leading to fatigue, anxiety, emotional heaviness, and disconnection. Stillwater Healing was created to help clients regulate the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and reconnect with the steady rhythm beneath the surface—like still water after a storm.

Biofield Tuning
Biofield Tuning is a sound-based energy therapy that uses calibrated tuning forks to locate and release energetic patterns of tension within and around the body. The sound waves interact with the body’s electromagnetic field—the biofield—to bring the nervous system into greater coherence and balance.
Clients often describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered after a session. Biofield Tuning can help reduce stress, improve focus, support emotional release, and promote better sleep. Sessions are available both in-person and remotely via Zoom, offering the same level of effectiveness from any location.
Soul Retrieval
Soul Retrieval is an intuitive healing process that helps restore parts of self that may have become disconnected during times of trauma, grief, or emotional hardship. These “lost” aspects of self often carry vital energy, creativity, and joy that can be reclaimed and reintegrated.
During a Soul Retrieval session, Shannon gently guides clients into a meditative state where they can reconnect with inner wisdom and experience profound emotional healing. Many clients report feeling renewed, grounded, and more whole—able to move forward with greater peace and clarity.
Adrenal Rhythm Reset
The Adrenal Rhythm Reset is a specialized 3- or 5-session series designed to help the body recover from chronic stress and exhaustion. Using the tools of Biofield Tuning and energy balancing, this program supports the adrenals in finding their natural rhythm, easing “tired-but-wired” patterns and helping clients regain steady, sustainable energy.
Ideal for those experiencing burnout, sleep disturbances, or ongoing stress, the Adrenal Rhythm Reset offers gentle, cumulative support for the body’s electrical and hormonal systems, allowing natural vitality to return.
Integrating Somatic Experiencing®
Integrating Somatic Experiencing® — Shannon is also actively training in Somatic Experiencing® (SE), a body-centered approach to healing stress and trauma, and now integrates SE principles throughout her sessions.

Stillwater Healing offers in-person sessions in Ravenel, SC, serving the greater Charleston area—including Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Goose Creek, Johns Island, and surrounding communities. For those outside the region, Shannon provides online sessions via Zoom, reaching clients across South Carolina, North Carolina, the U.S., and internationally.
Distance sessions are equally effective, allowing clients to relax and receive from the comfort of their own space.
