Sunny Creek Modulars

Sunny Creek Modulars designs and builds custom modular homes, park models and accessory dwelling units for property owners across Southwestern Ontario. Operating as the modular division of Kaiser Construction, the company brings more than 25 years of home building and renovation experience to factory-built housing. Three product lines are offered under one team: fully customizable manufactured homes, four standard park model layouts, and accessory dwelling units designed for properties that already hold a primary residence. Every model is a starting point rather than a fixed plan. Layouts can be changed, square footage added, and finishes selected before construction begins. Each build is completed to comply with the building code and municipal regulations that apply where the unit will be placed, and every accessory dwelling unit project begins with a review of lot size, existing structures and local zoning. Typical construction runs 8 to 16 weeks depending on size and level of customization. Qualified desiners work directly with clients from the first design conversation through final completion, with effective cost control treated as a core discipline rather than a discount.
