As a company, we thrive in making sure that your commercial kitchen is always working at its maximum output and trouble-free with any grease waste troubles. Grease trap and grease interceptor cleaning service consists of removing fats, oils, grease, and solids content inside. To be in compliance or to keep your drain lines from working correctly, it is vital to regularly pump your grease trap removing all content to prevent overflow or line stoppage. Cleaning a grease trap will require special equipment and a commercial vacuum to suck out all the content of the device. Often trap cleaning service is overlooked because there may be no signs of trouble, and eventually, it arises, and major overflow happens. It’s highly recommended to clean small indoor grease traps every four weeks while the majority of the outdoor interceptors are pumped and cleaned every quarter. With every cleaning, all waste must be removed and disposed at a state-approved water plant. Used cooking oil collection service is mandatory for all food servicing establishments in the city of San Diego. Oils from deep fryers especially will have to be placed in a storage container where a licensed hauler will collect from. At every pickup, the servicer must properly manifest what was taken and provide a copy to the store. This is used as proof for city inspectors to assure them the waste oil is being disposed of and recycled correctly and not being dumped down the drain. perating Hours: 24 hours Year Founded: 2014 Number of Employees: 3
