Weekly opening schedule
The up center has been a great resource for me. Their mental health programs are excellent. I feel like I have a much better understanding of how to navigate difficult life circumstances. I received so much support and felt extremely safe in the group therapy. I recommend for anyone needing mental health help.
Staff treated my husband and me with so much kindness and support throughout the entire pregnancy. It definitely wasn’t an easy process emotionally, but they helped us get through a really difficult time and always made us feel cared for and understood.
My kid used to completely shut down, and now after working with up center at least we can talk things through a bit. Still a work in progress, but way better than before.
Navigating foster care can feel intimidating, but this team made the entire process manageable. They were patient with our questions and incredibly supportive throughout. They truly advocate for the children and families involved.
The Up Center really made a positive impression. I came in for counseling support, and the experience was both professional and genuinely caring. The staff listened, guided me through the process, and made me feel understood. It’s not easy to find that kind of trust and compassion these days, but I’m glad I did.
