They're quick to help customers. I called them yesterday morning and the technician was able to arrive within 25 minutes. He's skilled and knowledgeable enough to fix my cooktop that was not igniting. He's also making sure that the problem was fixed, he turned it on and observed for a minute before leaving. So nice that it worked excellently again. I would recommend this company to all my friends.
