I appreciated the technician’s honesty about the questions I asked. He was thoughtful, courteous, thorough, and very trustworthy. I was so happy with his overall performance. He did a thorough diagnostic on my cooktop that was not igniting and also thoroughly explained the issue to me. He just fixed the problem within an hour. The result of the repair was worth waiting for.
