I will give you a 5 stars rating! The repairman was incredibly knowledgeable about the appliance and its parts. He had a quick analysis of the problem with my oven that was not heating. The forwarded technician that was tasked to repair my dishwasher that was not working was very approachable. I am happy that this company this a fast response to my appliance issue.
