It was not disappointing to find out that the technician was capable enough in fixing up my cooktop that was not igniting. He's a skillful and experienced technician. I even tried to turn it on while he's observing too just to ensure if it worked well or not. I then found out that the quality was good. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.
