Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology

Evolving Minds Counselling and Psychology is a private practice in Menai, supporting the Sutherland Shire community since 2017. Our experienced clinicians provide personalised therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. We address a wide range of concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, eating disorders and relationship challenges.

Our services include individual therapy, couples counselling, family therapy and psychological assessments. We use evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), among others.

Sessions are conducted in purpose built consulting rooms in Menai or securely online. We are a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and are accredited by the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) to provide services under Workers Compensation and CTP schemes. Clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan from their GP may access Medicare rebates.
