We’ve been regulars at Home Center, Pacific Mall. The staff have never been particularly efficient or helpful. But today took the cake! While I stood there for 20 minutes, one male staff kept dusting, while speaking on his mobile & pointedly turning his back to me, when I asked him for help. A group of giggling salesgirls, sitting on a computer, wouldn’t come out, even when I tried to get their attention. Finally I walked out. Who will go there, to be ignored?
