Mountain View Restroom Solutions was built on a simple, frustrating observation: too many customers across Silicon Valley were getting stood up by portable toilet companies dispatching from an hour away in the East Bay or the Central Valley. Deliveries showed up hours late or not at all. Units sat unserviced for weeks. Phone calls went to voicemail during a job site emergency on a tight tech-campus construction timeline. We started this company to be the opposite of that experience: a local, accountable team that answers the phone, shows up when we say we will, and treats every rental whether it's a single unit for a weekend or a fifty-unit contract for a festival with the same level of care. We operate out of our depot near 357 Castro St in downtown Mountain View, which means our trucks are close to nearly every job site, event venue and residential property from Palo Alto to San Jose. That proximity isn't just convenient it's the reason we can offer same-day and next-day delivery more reliably than companies dispatching from farther across the Bay.
