In the artwork of the steps in the word LOFT of our logo we wanted to symbolize that it takes one step at a time to reach our top potential in our health and wellness journeys. We believe in community and we’re excited to help serve you every step of the way with your health and wellness needs. We looked at many different locations through out Saint Johns County and finally 200 Malaga Street in Saint Augustine FL selected us as our new wellness studio location. The Pilates Yoga Loft is located right next to Flagler College with free parking for all our classes and it’s conveniently located for everyone. We’re excited to be the first studio in Saint Augustine FL to offer Aerial yoga, Pilates reformers group classes, beach yoga, Sup Yoga, traditional yoga, Pilates classes, massages, acupuncture, wellness retreats, yoga teacher training certifications, and community wellness events. Even if you don’t live in Florida or in the United States we offer daily zoom virtual classes, pre recorded classes, and yoga teacher training certifications virtually for anyone who lives anywhere in the world. Our motto is helping you every step of the way body mind and spirit.
