The MRCOOL 30k BTU ducted system (~$2,890) upgraded our main floor extension (~1,200 sq ft) even airflow everywhere, inverter for steady temps, heat pump works year-round (heats well in moderate cold), and R-454B is a nice green touch. Bills are lower than the old central AC, install was pro but smooth.
