Uncle Bob’s BBQ & Catering started when Bob’s homemade BBQ sauces, given as Christmas gifts, became so popular that requests flooded in by February. In 2009, that demand inspired the launch of Uncle Bob’s Sauces LLC. When they found a commercial kitchen that required a restaurant, they opened Uncle Bob’s BBQ on the Lake. By 2015, they expanded into wedding and event catering, adding a Montgomery location in 2018. In 2022, they moved into their own Conroe, Texas building, where they run a lunch restaurant and cater seven days a week. Today, their Sweet & Spicy BBQ Sauce, Georgia Juice Marinade, “Everything†Seasonings, Gourmet Burger Sauce, and more are enjoyed nationwide—built on family, faith, and authentic Texas BBQ tradition.
